For those of you who like coding stuff and if you find some free/bored time, can anyone make this mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=298444 work with vb 3.8.7? Its a nice mod and would come in handy for me.

No coders can do this as the mod is already supported you will need to talk to the coders of the mod. You can ask on their forums

The mod is supported but for VB4 . I already asked and they say they wont release a vb3 version of it.

The cost tends to be $600+ per week based on an hourly rate of $30 per hour. The final total depends on the length of the job (coder hours), the resale rights, the current schedule in place and what coder(s) are involved with the job. There is a $600 minimum charge for custom work.

There is way to much in that mod to have it converted cheaply. I know as I wrote it originally.

ozzy is understandable. but theres a line between fair and abusive prices. 600? MINIMUM? Come on now, but like Force said, doubt someone takes this for free.

For the work they have done on the mod that is cheap

When dealing with a business expect to pay that, approaching an individual or a coder who may just need some spare cash at the time might do it for much less but remember that a business has overhead and more factors many forget to equate in when thinking of price so don't be too quick to judge. Then again when you have the man that worked on the mod commenting like the above I'm not speaking pricing I'm simply saying "hey he knows how many hairs turned gray over it not us".

As I said via PM and offered cheap custom mods, no one can do a free job today for you, even I had to pay for some custom mods before I can do myself. ;-D

True, you could do this for him, but unless you completely re wrote the code, you could not release it for public use, only the OP could use it, or anyone else that requested it privately. :)
