Hide (sub-)forums completely for members with less than X posts?

Does this mod exist? I tried a few searches but could not immediately find anything.

I don't know if there's a mod, but I think you can do it with built-in features. If you make the forum accessible only to a certain usergroup, then use promotions to add the usergroup when a user has > X posts.
