Looking for Partner (NFP)
 

Disclaimer: I wasn't really sure where this fit in the forum so I am posting here. Please move if need be.

My name is James, known online usually as DrMath. Over 3 years ago I started a gaming clan/community called Zealot Gaming. We started with about 5 members playing Call of Duty for Xbox 360, but slowly and surely started to grow. Over the past three years we have had our fair share if issues. Voice Server problems, leadership turnover, structure and rank changes, heated debates, resignations, etc. However from that small five-person group we now boast over 900 members across 9+ games in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. We have become an international umbrella organization for people who want a friendly atmosphere to game with others. Our goal is to enhance the gaming experience.

Unfortunately as the owner, many things that members ask me for are beyond my capability, or I learn barely enough to do it, and the result is sloppy and shows it. While I could continue on this way, I'd like to find a programmer from here who loves gaming who might be interested in coming on as our technical support admin. YOu would be in the highest level leadership, be able to interact with and motivate other leaders, and help implement new systems that make gaming more fun and give more time for leaders to lead (as opposed to doing forum work).

What is the conditions to become your partner?

And the pay is for all this coding?

Is there income for this site and is there profit sharing?

I did a similar deal a few years ago with another gaming site. I did all the work and in the end the site was sold and I got nothing. I am wary of these types of deals with one party retaining complete ownership.

Let me know though if there are profits or anything.

There is no pay. This is for people passionate about gaming who wish to join our community and help out. ^^

We make profits off ads but all of it goes into the site. to pay for costs along with donations and prizes for the members.

Also, we have been with it for three years. We have zero plans on selling. ^^

Well I love gaming but cannot work free. I think every forum owner would love someone into their topic to just want to like it enough to build it free. I think it rarely happens but best of luck to you.

I am loving my Xbox One and also have 2 xbox 360's, a ps3 and a gaming pc rig I built myself. i just wish I had time to enjoy these things more. lol Hope it works out for you bro..

Thanks mate. I know it's a long shot but we simply cannot afford to bring on someone for pay so we're looking for someone passionate who just wants to hep lead the community. ^^ I am aware it is likely I will find no one here (or at TAZ) or anywhere.
