Trying to install SPAm Mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=297834

cant see where to start....yes im dumb..thanks:D

When it says Go to mod settings in Admin CP it means the settings for the mod you just installed. So look for Rename register.php by BOP5 in the setting panel
