- If any admin Can Administer Users he will ba able to see and edit all fields of user manager
Now you can control of Show/Hide These Although ( Can Administer Users ) is enabled.

- If admin Can Administer Users just he will see (Name + user Title)Fields Only.!
- If admin Can Administer Settings he will see every thing .
Notes:
1.you should save a copy from admincp folder.
2.save a copy from includes\xml\cpnav_vbulletin.xml

3. upload attached files and replace .
4. upload the product .
5. Go to Usergroups > Administrator Permissions > Choose admin > [Edit Permissions]
