vb.org Archive - Second forum with different threads

Hi, I would like to prepare two forums of different types. One for a discussion and other for offers and requests of users. The example is here: https://webtrh.cz/ (change language to English in left bottom corner). There is the Forum (for discussion) and Requests for offers and requests. The forums are fully separated. I want to add this Requests to my website. But I do not know how to
1) separate it fully from the main forum,
2) add time limitation for threads.
(extra thread fields I will make with Extra Threadfields MOD).

Can you give me any help hand?
