Video Chat

1 Attachment(s)
General Info

Flash-based powerful chat solution for social sites with many features, such as: audio/video broadcastings, private conversations, chat history and others.

No Media Server

Chat uses free Adobe Cirrus service for media connections that go directly from one user's application to the other one's without any media server between them. That makes media connection very fast and really real-time.

Audio/Video Chat

Users have an ability to share their video and audio with any other users in the chat. It is possible to deny video playing from undesired watchers. User can watch several videos in the moment with one video enlarged into popup window.

Easy administration

Login Chat application under admin account to gain admin priviligies. Admin can ban/unban, kick users, set chat moderators, manage admin settings and provide different users groups with certain rights and permissions.

General Features

All general chat features are available: text-chatting, smileys support, quick messages, online status, font customizing, multi-rooms support, chat history, passowrd-protected rooms, private conversations, files transferring, audio/video chat and others.

Chat History

All chat conversations are stored in database and can be easily found by admin at any time by chat date.

Private Conversations

Users can talk between each other privately with audio/video and text chat like they talk via messenger.

And many others ...

translations in Spanish?

What brings the paid version?

ShawneyJ 06-05-2014 08:56 AM

hi, do you have to do Step 4, "Register your application to make all features available" $XX?
or can we use this free without doing step 4?
after reading about this chat, you are making it look like the chat is free?
if it is free, what extra features do you get in the paid version please? buy what you wrote above and reading on your site at the paid version, it says the same thing.
also in step 4, you have a redirect URL, whats that about? why cant you just add the direct URL to the product.
ah, and you mite want to update your vb5 URL in this thread, because its the URL to this thread vb4 version.

Nobody can surely afford to give away a video chat? I would be interested, if the questions above are answered.

Hi there I am interested in this also. I would like to know if you can adjust this by groups. Meaning, can you allow and deny certain groups? Thanks.

Edit: Saw that you can.

Has anyone tested this yet?

ShawneyJ 06-07-2014 12:44 AM

ok, i decided to be the test dummy.

what i cant really figure out is:
Code:

Step 3, Install all necessary database tables. Open the following url in your browser for that:

        http://<Vbulletin install directory>/rzchat/XML.php?action=install

where <Vbulletin install directory> should be replaced with your vBulleting site url

when you run http://forumsurl/rzchat/XML.php?action=install

all you get is this:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/

anyway, after that i went to the chat and it asks for nickname, so i put in test, and then this pops up:

http://www.imageghost.com/images/332..._07_112942.png

so wanting to test this out, i thought i would register a Cirrus developer key. then it says to login as admin and goto settings in the chat and add that key. mind you, nothing is said in this post or instructions about having to register a Cirrus developer key.

im kinda stuck at, trying to find where to login as admin?

http://www.imageghost.com/images/242..._07_112902.png

if you login as guest, theres no setting option to add keys as such.

http://www.imageghost.com/images/572..._07_113024.png

so what now, do we have to pay to unlock something to access admin chat panel?

i followed instructions down to a tee. the only step left is:
Code:

Step 4, Register your application to make all features available

Go to http://www.rayzzz.com/redirect.php?action=about&widget=chat&target=rz and get a license.

Then login your site with admin account and go to http://<Vbulletin install directory>/rzchat.php

Open Settings and enter the obtained license to "License" text field. Apply the changes.

but you have to pay for that.
im kinda lost like the rest of us, is this free or do we have to pay?
thanks.

Hello
This application can be translated into spanish.
Now about other questions.
All manuals regarding this product are located at: http://rayzzz.com/docs/chat
Installation manual (for VB5, but it's similar to VB4) is at http://rayzzz.com/docs/chat/install/vbulletin
The product is free with my ads at the bottom. If you want to remove ads, then you need to buy a license ($40) at http://rayzzz.com/store/chat
As for adding cirrus key to the settings read at the installation manual.
P.S. thanks for reporting bad link to VB5, just fixed

OK, somehow, not sure how, I think I have managed to install this! What isn't being shown in your image, ShawneyJ is the Config Option, which should be in the Settings of the actual video chat settings. (rzchat.php)

I believe that to get the video chat and other goodies you need to purchase a licence; otherwise it is just the text chat, but I could be wrong

You are wrong. The version of this chat is full, however at least 2 users should be online in the chat in order to see audio/video features on. Also don't forget to add adobe labs developer key to the settings. Learn more at http://rayzzz.com/docs/chat/install/vbulletin
Buying license does only one thing - removes "Powered by" text from the bottom of the application.
