Show threads containing certain tags in specific forums

I'm trying to create a link to a page that would display threads containing certain threads in specific forums. The exact same output as if a user manually did a search via 'single content type' > tag: > and selected a specific forum.

Unfortunately I cannot just cut and paste the search results URL because it is dynamic of coarse.

Any way to do this?
