Change Login Font and background color
 
I have changed the background color of the header background and thought all was well, until I went to log in and hence see this in the first pic below.

I need it to change it to look like this...

I have looked and looked and cant find where to change the background to white and the font to black.

Could someone be so kind as to point me to the proper place to edit this before I loose more hair and sleep? oh and I am running 4.2.2 :D
