Disable Page Title when postings an URL

Hello, how can I disable vBulletin from grabbing the title from a web page? For example when you post a link it will take the title. I want it to just display as a link without grabbing the pages title... Is there any way I can do this? What do I edit?

You have a modification doing that. Default vbulletin will just show the link if you post a link.
