Do not upload folder.
 

My host set up the software, and i noticed that the do not upload file is there. Should i be deleting that?

Also, is there any steps i should be double checking to make sure the site is secure? I recall having to change permissions on some files and then having to change them again after the install on my other forum and want to make sure nothing was overlooked which could leave my site open to an attack.

You should keep the do_not_upload folder on your computer for use (along with the /install directory). You should not have them on the server.

Thanks. The install folder was removed by them, so i just transferred the do_not_upload file to my PC and deleted it off the server.
