I suggest you go through the free styles we have here and try to find something better than what you have.

I would be more precise and give you constructive ideas on improving what you have now. But, it would be easier to just start over with something else.

If you insist on using what you have now, at least make the logo's background color match the header.

his color is not too dark?

It's black you can't get any darker than that

Have you considered a lighter color?

Well, easy to see you like a dark theme.. :D
It needs a good bit of work to really bring it to life though.. As it is it all pretty much runs together and there is no flow/balance to it. The yellow text on the black BG is really bad on the eyes as well. Better to have the yellow in the header elements and icons.
