"What's new" tab

Hello,
I have some members that have asked about altering the results from the "what's new" tab. Currently the tab returns results for all new posts. What the members would prefer is results for new threads only.

Ant ideas as to how to go about altering the settings on the "what's new" tab results?

Thanks,
MLF

thanks for the help

and my apologies, but I don't think I was clear enough in the OP. What the memebrs are looking for is for the "what's new" tab to show only the forum sections that have new content, not the threads or individual posts.

Regards,
MLF

Yes, what I posted above will. When a new post is made or someone posts a reply to a post it will show up

understood, but I would like for the "what's new" results to only show the forum sections that the new posts/threads are in ... not the posts/threads themselves.

make sense? :o

The what's new does not work like that. You would need to get it coded try posting in unpaid if no help in there then paid section

Erm, the forumhome already does that. icons that are litup, those forums have new posts.
