User has not visited for days or more

An Advertisement option is:
"User has not visited for X days or more"

so i want to ask if i set 7 days, it means that an html code will be visible only once to user who loged in and not visited sited 7 days?

Or its visible one day, one login session every page load?

When i do option "User landed on this page via search engine" (no other and GLobal below navbar placement), i go to my site from Google SERP and it dont whow anything on thread view page.
