Threads above sub forums

Does anybody know a way to display threads so that they are above the sub forum list on forumdisplay.php?

As it is now, the sub forums appear at the top of the page and threads beneath them.

You'd have to edit the FORUMDISPLAY template to move that portion of the code below the thread portion of the code.
