Insert Video icon missing

One of my members just brought it to my attention that we can't insert youtube videos. This is a new install of vb4. When i was running this version last year with a different install i had the film strip icon and all we had to do was copy/paste the youtube video link and wallah! Any ideas?

Go to Forum Manager > edit the forum > make sure "Allow [VIDEO] Code" is set to Yes.
