URL rewriting with language as a directory "/en"

this is important for seo.
... in a multilanguge forum to set for the other languages a sub-direcriectory ( "/en/") in to the url .

for example:
http://www.example.com/en/
http://www.example.com/en/forumdisplay.php?f=94

background info http://www.shimonsandler.com/seo-for...onal-websites/

this is really useful , so can you help with that pls?
