Shortcut Links

So I'm trying to create a widget with a few convenient links for users to get to commonly used areas of the forums. I'd like to have one for Editing their signature, one for their avatar, and one to send a new PM. In vb4, these things were easy enough to find, but in vb5 a lot of it is obfiscated. Can anyone help me with what the links ought to be to call those particular elements?
