Does anyone know if this is possible?
 
I found this dudes blog. Its created on wordpress but im wondering if there is anythign available for VB4 that can do this.

Basically the widgets down the side scroll with the page as you scroll up and down so there is never left a blank space. is this possible with VB4?

and yes with a bit of work you could make something similar work on vBulletin.
