Threads content is now showing after Upgrading Vbulletin 5.0 to 5.1

Hi..!
I have just upgraded my Vbulletin 5.0 to 5.1
But I am now unable to create new threads. And threads content is now showing when they are clicked.
Must check the issue.
Upgrading was done according to guide. I have downloaded the latest version files and attach it to my database and did run upgrade script.
