Memberlist Change

Hey everyone!

So I run a gaming clan site, where (almost) all users have a [zG] at the start of their names. Is there a way I can make the memberlist code sort member and ignore the tag at the beginning of their name, so that when you click say F, it will show all the users who's name starts with F after the [zG]? Thanks for the help in advance!
