remove vbseo

Remove vbseo and keep my url using Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs vbulletin, this is possible? attached a picture with my configuration vBSEO.

No, that is not possible, at least not with default vB4. You have your URL options layed out in AdminCP. Neither of them is customizable.
