Would someone please tell me how to Remove render-blocking JavaScript?

OK, well like pretty much everything else, I have NO CLUE as to what that is above that I just posted, but it upon Google Speed Test it states:

Should Fix:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Your page has 1 blocking script resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.

None of the above-the-fold content on your page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load. Try to defer or asynchronously load blocking resources, or inline the critical portions of those resources directly in the HTML.
Remove render-blocking JavaScript:

I wouldn't worry about it, unless your site in insanely slow.

Damnit man, yep, sure is!! When my Hosting is up I'll definitely not be using them again cause I'm constantly reading issues with Godaddy, and by you automatically pinpointing them, well, that's another problem. For the time being, is there a way around this? Thank you
