How do i change the links on the right side on darkcore theme,

For support you need to ask in in the thread where you got it

I am assuming they added the tabs via template edit so, edit either the bottom of the header template or the top of the navbar template.
As ForceHSS stated above, to get the answers you seek on modifications, template edits or styles, it is best to go to where you downloaded it to request support, most times these threads go unanswered.
