Today, Freelancer.com purchased Warrior Forum, a vBulletin-powered forum for $3.2M. Panjo wrote a blog post that breaks down the forum valuation based on engagement metrics.

that's cheap ... he should have asked at least $20 million

you can easily make $3 million per year (minimum) just on Adsense on a site as big as this (not including direct advertisers and other revenue streams)

I'm also running an internet marketing forum like Warriorforum but honestly $3.2M is very impressive for a based vbulletin forum, but I think WF is a big forum with high traffic so its value can reach to that amount.
