Sticky Thread Help
 
I have a forum which is setup so my members can post up any issues they have. Only the member who posts and the admins can see the thread and replies however I would like to add a sticky to the forum so that everyone can see it.

is this at all possible?

You aren't going to be able to do that without hacking the code. You may want to try posting an Announcement in the forum instead. That may work. (I haven't tried it, but it sounds like it should work.)

Make a sub forum where they post there issues and change that sub forum permissions then the main section of that sub post your sticky and make it so only admins can post there but all can read it
