Usergroup Permissions in Custom Page

I had an idea for a custom page I wanted to make. Some of the content I only want seen by those who can access the mod cp. I know it can be done like this in MyBB $mybb->usergroup['canmodcp']. I was wondering what syntax I would use for VBulletin.
