Problem creating or editing forums

Hey everyone I was searching for a solution but have not been able to find one yet.

The situation is that when ever I try to edit or create a forum I get this error (attached image)

If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Ask your webhost to increase the MySQL packet size to something like 16MB
