Xcache Optimal Settings
 
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on optimal vbulletin 4.2.0 Xcache settings? My server is a VPS with a AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 6376 Dual Core and 4GB of ram. My current Xcache settings are:

Also, you seem to have this xcache.slots="8K" twice

I suggest you enable xcache auth and then upload xcache admincp ("htdocs" folder) into your site. Xcache admincp will show you some suggestion about settings and performance. Don't forget to add admin.pass and admin.user

With a core count of 16 on that CPU, why are you telling him 4?

Also, you will need to monitor your cache size, dependent on how much your site needs between cache clearing, you cant simply set it to 256M, when you dont know what it needs to run.

Use the xcache admin & monitor based off your TTL setting in xcache.ini
