What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available.

* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.

* Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.

I appreciate the support!

I already have the MOD button by default in my 4.2.2 installation. When I am logged as ADMIN, I have the button to the ADMIN as well as MOD panels. Is this something that was taken away? My moderator account is a Super Moderator, does this make a difference?

Alan_SP 04-07-2014 08:22 PM

Supermoderators see this link by default, but "normal" moderators don't. At least not without this mod.

Another one by Ozzy! I will have to try it!

Thanks brother!

No this is only for normal moderators, as they don't see the link.

OK, thanks for the clarification guys! I always make my mods Super Mods so that is why I've never noticed that the link was missing. :D
