Paypal Fee Issue

Is there a way we can set up the paypal subscription script so that it charges the fee to the buyer and not me? Hate being charged those fee. I know if money is sent manually the sender can incur the fees sending it as a Gift ( family or whatever ).. is there a way to implement that into the automated system?

Just ask more for your subscription. If you were asking 10.00 ask 10.50 for example
