Folks,
Could use a little help here. A new member on my forum is having issues remaining logged in. Upon opening a new window or tab when they user goes back to the original window they find that they are logged out.

Accordingly, the user states that they have selected the "keep me logged in" box and have saved their username and password in their browser?

thoughts?

Make sure they are using the same url that you have in your url settings either with the www or without it you could add a thing to your htaccess that will stop the www from being removed

Also, he needs to check his security settings - might not be allowing session cookies, or might be crunching them.

the member states that they are having the same issue with other sites so that leads me to believe it is a browser issue, not a forum issue.
