Converting MyISAM to InnoDB tables

hello
In my database I have 2 types of tables (MyISAM, InnoDB), while restoring my database I noticed that the 4 tables InnoDB type put alot of time to eat while other tables MyISAM is restored quickly.
my question is:
Can I convert my tables InnoDB type to MyISAM without risk?
if yes how ?.
