Installation problem

Hi,

I am using PHP 5.4 and MySQL 5.5.

I've got a Problem when I wants to Start the installation Script:

Unexpected Text:

Deprecated: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead in /homepages/31/d369354983/htdocs/bulletin/core/includes/functions.php on line 4278
<upgrade>
<message replace="0">Connection successful</message>
<status>Status: Installing, Step 2 of 6</status>
<longversion>install</longversion>
<version>install</version>
<nextstep>2</nextstep>
<upgradenotice>Installing</upgradenotice>
</upgrade>

Are you sure you're using PHP 5.4?

Did you make any changes to your config.php file(s) besides JUST the database name?

TechnikSurfer 03-30-2014 07:58 AM

Thank you, yes ist was PHP 5.5 now it ist 5.4, a few steps worked, Databaseconnection, and the asks for titel, paths and mailadress, but the there is another error:

Unexpected Text:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''text'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting ')' in /homepages/31/d369354983/htdocs/bulletin/core/packages/vbforum/db/mysql/querydefs.php on line 1396
I can´t find help in blogs or forums.

What is the mistake?

Thank you for helping.

Jürgen Moritz

That sounds like you did not fully upload the file, or it was malformated at some point. Try reuploading the files.
