Donate/purchase sub for a friend

I have a forum that is run by member donations only. I am very happy with the built in subscription manager built in VB4. However, I need a way for my members to donate/purchase a sub for a friend. I have searched all around i have not seen how this can be done. Is there a way to get this done? Thank you.

Why can't the donator just send the friend the money, then he can purchase the subscription?

I dont mind if someone contacts me and they paypal me directly. However, you know as well as i do no one listens lol. I end up losing money dishing out two subs for the price of one.

Well then the best bet, would be for the donator and friend to get together, and the friend, give his login info to the donator.

Then the donator could purchase the subscription. Once that is done, the friend could change their login info to something different.
