2. I would like to resize images when posting, reading I found editing a css, but can not find, anything I can do?

1. Paul M wrote it and it will work for previous versions of the software. But starting in 4.2.1, it is included in the regular vBulletin product, so you don't need a modification.

2. Are you talking about attachments or just images you link to using the [IMG] tags? You may select small, medium, large when uploading the attachments. For [IMG] tags, you would need to use CSS to set a max-size or whatever you are trying to do.

3. You need to ask in the modification thread for help with the modification.

as for the avatar, I mean the time of review, such as avatar I see is small now, I would like to leave larger to display all

You can just do a search in the upper right corner for the modification. Or click to view Paul M's member page and there should be a link there.

I don't understand your question about avatars - you didn't mention them before. If you want the avatars larger, then set the allowed size larger (per usergroup) and change the stylevar profile_sidebar_avatar_maxWidth

Avatar size settings are found in the USERGROUP MANAGER in the admincp. You can define the maximum size of the avatar as well as the profile picture along with a number of other image settings.
