Hey Friends,
This is a mini useful mod you can place any were in the template or sidebar. Please follow below procedures to use in Sidebar

To use in sidebar

Admin Area --> Forums & Moderators --> Forums Blocks Manager --> Add Block

Select --> Content Type : HTML

If i enter the Box then does not remove the text "Your E-Mail Address..." , Please have any fix update ?

I have updated the 1st post you just need to change or remove "value code"
