Membership Issues
 

I have a membership setup where members pay for a membership, there is 2 issues I am trying to figure out.

1. This membership allows members to have up to 4 signatures, the issue I am having is when a members membership runs out they still have 4 signatures.

2. This membership allows members to have a Hypster Video Player on there profile, and when a members membership runs out they still have the video player on their profile https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=298777

Now with both these issues the members do get taking out of the usergroup, but still have these permissions

Any help would be appreciated :D

Is this based on 'Additional' user group permissions or something else?

This is not a relevant general programming discussion as you are referring to particular modifications and not general code. This should be posted in the modification's thread or the paid request forum. Why not solicit the author and throw a few dollars his/her way since you are using this as part of a subscription service. :)

Also I have a couple thousand invested in the website I started the paid subscription to hope to make my money back and have the website pay for its self but only made back 80$ in the last year in a half, now with members keeping their permission they find no reason to renew their subscription, as far as "author" goes I am the only one doing the work on my website beside any tickets I may have submitted in the past "Thank You Lynn" :D

It is against the rules for us to modify an author's MOD, unless they have given us permission to do so. That is why I suggested you contact the author, I was actually trying to help.

Contact the author, if your not too picky, he/she might be able to add what your looking for rather easily. Authors/coders just want to be appreciated, very few of them ever ask for money or make any money from their modifications.

I understand you were trying to help I didn't mean any thing by what I was saying, I thought you were talking about who created the subscription which was me that's why I said I was the only one that works on my site, not that I wouldn't let any one gain access to help me with this matter what ever help I can get would be apprecated :D

I think I see where the mix up is, you must be talking about the hypster video player MOD author, for some reason I thought you were taking about the paid subscription all together, But I think the whole problem is in the setting I still have members that are not in that usergroup any more but they still have 4 signatures when they should have one.

well for this e360 - Hypster Video Playlist for Member Profile 1.0.6 with "usergroup permissions" will fix your problem but i have not updated it yet give me a couple of days maybe tonight if i have time.
