Create new post from admincp
 

I want to manually create a new thread/post from the backend (admincp), what is the best way of doing this? How can I use the datamanager for this? I've got several data which is temporarely stored in the database from which I want to create new threads in the forums.

Is there already any part in the code I can look at it about how it could be done that way?

Would it work to manually place the info in the 'post', 'thread' and 'threadread' table and then run the maintenance tools?

Any help is welcome :)
