Show Forum list on Sidebar

Hello friends,

I am trying to display subforum links/names and add the links on the Sidebar so that when I click on the subforum name on the Sidebar, it will redirect to the particular subforum.

In other words, it will be acting like a side menu on the Main Forum page.

Is this possible? If so, how can I make this work?
