How do I change the text where it says locations/interests ect.

I want it to display something else other than location next to user posts. Where do I go to edit this? Also how do I get it to display more than just the location?

Are you talking about what is in the postbit? Or user profile?

User profile fields can be edited in the User Profile Field editor in the ACP.

You can then add these to the postbit using Lynne's article here
