Where do I find the Forum Runner plugin?
 
My app isnt working and im guessing its the forum runner plugin thats missing. The app wont let me upload images from phones so far.

Can anyone help me out?

Forum runner comes default with vb check your plugin manager. Once you edit it from your members area on vb go to your admincp and fill in the info

do i just upgrade the software? i know it comes with it by default but its been deleted. how do I add it back?

run the upgrade.php it will reinstall it
