That message is not supposed to show up. No plugins/hacks installed.

Have time between posts set to 0 and double post disabled.

What exactly is going on? I have the pics to show you the settings is indeed set to 0 or is disabled.

That should only show up if you have made the exact same post, more than once in the last 5 minutes.

I tired putting in different texts. such as "ok lets see if this new text triggers the problem" which is not exactly the same as above, still giving me error

I would be willing to bet, that you clicked on submit more than once when you made the post, I have done that at times, when it seems to go slow after I pressed it the first time.

Yes alright, you seem to be right, I think it just stops me from making any posts at all for 5 minutes, once that was over, i could make rapid posts with different text no problems.

I would just rather i dedicate what is acceptable instead of some ninja code in going against what i dedicate, but oh well.

Not a problem, best thing to do is ask like you did if something happens that you don't understand. :)
