Is anyone else using the new analytics? It is pretty awesome.

I was wondering what you guys are using for goals and how you have them set up. Also, how are you using analytics to improve your site and traffic, conversions etc?

It's all new to me, but some of the info they give you is outstanding. Anyone know the best place to place this:
