I have 2 skins I need converted to 4.2.2, would anyone be willing to do it for free?

I seriously doubt you will get someone to do that for free, two totally different ways of doing the style.

As Ozzy said no one will do this for free as way too much work in it for the version you are running. Have you tried talking to the coder to see if they have 4.2.2 one or try using one of the many skins on here for free if not you will need to post in paid section

A very basic conversion, colors only, used to take a few hours (3-5, depending). And that can be done by the style converter now, to a point.

If your style is actually fairly customized, it can take a lot longer than that to map everything and make it look similar. You're likely looking at 8-10 hours of work. But it really depends on your style.
