help needed with auto pic posting set up, funding available for any needed code edits
 

we are trying to set up a feature that lets a member take a pic with a phone, shoot it to an email addy, have vb check the addy now and then for new emails, and then post the attachment in to a specified thread as an image.

the concept has been tested and is in use elsewhere so we know it can be done. we think we have everything we need set up to make it work, but it does not.

the original developer is not available.

we have a small budget available if any code editing or writing is needed.
