Is it possible to have two separate registration forms that users can choose between when signing up. Either

User or Business

and to create different profile fields and information

The problem is that you are really not asking a programming question, your just asking if it is possible.
It is easily possible, with a slight bit of programming.

Maybe you are asking if there is away to do this without programming knowledge?

Hmm what you need to do is have them in separate user groups.

Now for separate profile fields you could use
<vb:if condition="is_member_of($bbuserinfo, 1,2,3)">Show this to user group 1, 2, and 3</vb:if>
