move logo up?

I cannot seem to get my logo to move up any closer to the top padding. I have tried with titileimage settings but nothing. At this time title image settings are 0,0,0,0. How can i move it up some so it will clear the bottom? I would like it close to the placement of my sponsor ad on the right side. Thank you

Thanks man, found it in addition.css however i cannot move the logo up i guess? So i moved everything else down

You can edit your existing css or add these lines of css at the bottom of your additional.css template

Thank you, it made the space the same below and above. Now is there a way i can move the ad down to center it as well? Here is the code in ad_global_header2
