How to allow using sponsored ads to non Administrator?

Hello,

i have one man who want to sell ads on my forum. He want me to give him an access so he can add ads to the forums,

please anyone of you have an idea how to achieve it without giving him admin rights?

some simple way? im too stupid also im not a programmer, thx

I don't see why he'd needs admin rights/ He should tell you what he wants and where, and you pklace them for him.

no it will be faster to let him do it himself. please dont convince me, i want to find the way how to do what i ask.

You MUST make him an administrator then.
