Dear sir i need your help is it possible to convert smf to vb.

You are on the wrong forum. You should be posting at Vbulletin.com for sales questions. This is for Vbulletin modifications, etc.

You need to use Impex to import from smf. Use your Vbulletin license and download it when you download Vbulletin.

You can use the vBulletin provided Impex software to import SMF into vBulletin 4.x.

Read the Impex manual here: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/i...rsion=40201601

It details what versions of SMF it was designed for though newer versions usually work. Impex is pretty old so there may need to be some manual fixes along the way.

The best thing you can do is search with Google for someone who has made the exact version import you will attempt and see if they reported any problems.
